- Stretching students technically, physically and mentally
- Encouraging students to reflect on their performance and offer strategies for improvement
- Engaging gifted and talented students throughout the lesson and maintaining motivation
- Practical strategies for stretching the more able in specific sports
- Providing higher level cognitive tasks for gifted students (regardless of sporting ability)
