Developing Research and Study Skills in the School Library

A sound grounding in practical research and study skills at Key Stage 3 stands students in good stead for the rest of their school career. Whilst these skills can be taught in the classroom, a cross curricular approach with the library as the hub of learning is a proven method. This course provides librarians, teachers and teaching assistants with the skills and knowledge they need to develop a programme of research and study skills centred around the school library.
