Course Leaders
At this time, we would particularly welcome applications from people with a
background in special schools or who can offer as a specialism: physical
education; PSHE; science; mathematics; art and design; modern foreign languages;
English as an additional language; psychology; design and technology; history;
religious education; geography; and, music.
However, the company needs to
recruit continuously in all subjects and areas to refresh its pool of
professionals so that we can maintain the high standards that we and our
delegates expect. If you fulfil the criteria in the trainer person specification
(there is a link from the ‘jobs’ home page), then why not apply to join our
‘trainer pool’ and enter the rewarding world of freelance professional
development. If you have experience of subject leadership or have gained
excellent or advanced skills teacher status, your application will be warmly
received!
Interim Leaders and Managers
We would particularly welcome
applications from experienced headteachers willing and able to lead primary,
secondary, special and PRU establishments, typically on a termly contract, and
especially if you already have experience of working in an interim capacity.
Again, we need to refresh and expand our pool at all levels in order that we
have high quality senior and middle leaders and managers ready to step in to
roles in all aspects of school improvement, often in challenging circumstances.
If you fulfil the criteria in the interim leader person specification, then why not apply to join our ‘interim pool’
There is also an increasing demand for expert practitioners and curriculum
specialists, particularly in the core subjects. These provide an excellent
opportunity for those wanting to step back into the classroom.
Speakers of other
languages
We are developing our overseas portfolio and would be glad to receive
applications from potential trainers and interim leaders and consultants who are
Arabic and Chinese speakers.
Many of those who apply to work with us are capable
of fulfilling any and all of the above roles; we are very happy to accept
applications on this basis
