Complaints Procedure
Should you wish to make a formal complaint about a course you have attended we
kindly ask you to submit a written account of your feedback to either
customerservices@creativeeducation.co.uk or via post to Customer Services,
Creative Education Limited, Creative Education House, 4 Avon Path, South
Croydon, Surrey CR2 6AX. We request that you send this information within
7 days of attending the course.
Creative Education takes all feedback seriously whether via our evaluations or
by a formal channel.
Educational Professionals
Our trainers may from time to time express their own views within a professional
context. These views will not necessarily reflect the views of Creative
Education Limited and Creative Education Training Limited.
