Departmental Review
Our consultants may be used for projects of all types, long or short, within school, college, or authority. They have the analytical skills to get to the heart of a brief, and the experience to communicate it in an accessible and actionable way.
If requested, once the recommendations are digested, the consultant will fulfill the resulting action plan.
Alternatively, the action plan can be taken up by internal staff with, perhaps, occasional direction or suggestion from the consultant.
An effective consultant brings to the task in hand a combination of:
- technical and educational knowledge
- understanding of significant contemporary issues
- change management skills
- ownership, management and delivery of solutions
- project delivery and risk management
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to transfer skills to others
- creative and analytical thinking
- confidentiality and integrity
Departmental and authority service reviews can be deployed to:
- Measure performance and identify for improvement
- Assess the capacity to improve performance and deliver change
- Consult the prime partners in delivering change
- Evaluating partnerships to establish their efficiency
- Present collaborative solutions that meet diverse needs
- Collect and collate essential information in the most cost-effective way
