The price is inclusive of VAT and the cost of delivery. The Company reserves the
right to alter the price without notice.

By submitting an order to us, by whatever means, you are acknowledging that you
have received authorisation for this expenditure from the relevant person at
your institution.

On Invoice
Full payment must be received within 28 days of the Company’s invoice.

Payment Online via SagePay
Full payment must be received
through SagePay before the DVD will be dispatched.

When DVDs are in stock, they will be despatched within 7 days of order. We will
notify you within 7 days if the DVD is out of stock.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of despatch where a full refund will be
given.

The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage arising
directly or indirectly from a failure to deliver on any particular date.

The product provided by Creative Education Limited cannot be relied upon for
legal interpretation. We do not accept responsibility for the Customer’s actions
or any loss or damage incurred as a result of relying on the product.
