Heather Leatt

Heather Leatt is a freelance School Improvement Adviser and Ofsted Inspector. From 2004 - 2011, she worked as a Secondary Adviser for Kent LA, and was also a National Strategy English Adviser, and Lead Adviser for Functional Skills. From 2009 - 2010, Heather was seconded full-time into a National Challenge School as an Assistant Principal with responsibility for improving teaching and learning. Her particular areas of expertise are in secondary education, English, raising standards, literacy across the curriculum, leadership and management, and teaching and learning.
