Lecturer

Sheila James

Sheila Fay James is a fully qualified and very experienced head of music and has run several music departments throughout London and the South-East. She is an experienced GCSE and GCE examiner and has examined for two major exam boards for several years. Sheila is also a published author who has written and published a series of GCSE Edexcel Set Works music resources and an AQA Course Companion and Student Workbook through ZigZag Education. As a Creative Education presenter, Sheila James has presented most of the courses on offer at least once and most delegates have rated her good to outstanding and have appreciated the wealth of experience that she brings to the INSET based on her continuing practice in secondary school classrooms, as an examiner, as an active music education author, performer and researcher.
