Our service
We offer intervention and guidance to schools’ and colleges’ workforces across the U.K. and beyond. As well as offering support in areas that we have identified, we work closely with individual clients to ensure that we match their specific needs.
Our experienced educationalists/teachers will be required to have responsibility for the learning and development for a group of children.
They must:
- have good educational qualifications
- be experts in education
- have the experience to make a difference to pupil achievement
- have a well-developed repertoire of skills to ensure pupils make good progress
- contribute to the life of the school
- contribute to elements of school management as requested
- be good communicators
- have energy and enthusiasm
- understand the professional standards
Availability
- Our educationalists/teachers must be able to work freelance and be reasonably available for work.
- Assignments range from a few days a month to full time for a year and some posts may lead to permanent opportunities.
Fees
- A daily rate is negotiated and agreed for each placement commensurate with the level of post and attendant responsibilities.
- Accommodation and travelling expenses are paid, where applicable, on top of the day rate for the placement.
