| Booking a course |
| At the point of making your booking we request a valid email address so that we may send you vital course information. If you are unable to supply an email address we will post the course information to your school address. This pack will be addressed to you personally. At the same time we will also ask for a personal contact number (i.e. a mobile) solely to be used in the event of an emergency should we need to contact you out of school hours. |

| When will I receive my course information |
| We endeavour to provide you with course details (course timings, a programme for the day, venue information and a location map) at least 10 days prior to the course date. If you haven't received your course instructions by this time then please feel free to contact us on 0800 881 8185 or you can email our bookings team at bookings@creativeeducation.co.uk. It is advisable that you do not proceed with booking rail tickets, or cover at school, until you have received written course instructions confirming your course will be going ahead. |

| Cancelling a course |
| A cancellation or transfer of your booking must be made in writing no later than 21 days before the course. Cancellations less than 21 days notice should be referred to the Operations Team for individual consideration (please refer to our terms and conditions on your invoice). Creative Education will make every effort to provide the service as specified, but, if for any reason beyond its control it fails to do so, neither Creative Education nor its directors nor employees will be liable for any resulting loss or damage. Creative Education reserves the right to amend/modify the programme without notice. |

| Payment Terms |
| Your school will be invoiced directly following your booking and payment is to be received as soon as possible. |

| Refund Policy |
| Refunds should be requested in writing to admin@creativeeducation.co.uk, stating the reason why, who the course is booked for, course reference and date. |

| Substituting a colleague |
| You can substitute your booked place with a colleague up to 24 hours prior to the course date. We do ask that you contact us in writing (admin@creativeeducation.co.uk) to inform us of the change. Please also ensure you include the job title, dietary needs, emergency contact number and email address of the substitution. |

| Venue information |
| Details of the the venue will be included with your course details which is posted to your school or emailed to the address supplied. |
| |
| Late arrivals |
| If you feel that you may arrive at your course late please contact us directly on 0800 881 8185 and we will inform the venue. Please note that the venue do not have the facility to inform us of your absence. |

| Unable to attend the course |
| If you are unable to attend the course for any reason then you must inform us as soon as possible. Please call us on 020 8680 4077 or email admin@creativeeducation.co.uk for a decision on your booking status. |

| Cannot find the course you are looking for |
| If you are unable to find the course you are looking for then please give us a call on 0800 881 8185 and one of our team will be glad to help. Alternatively, you may have found the course you are looking for but require further information before proceeding with your booking. |

| Requesting course updates |
| You can register with us on our website and we will send you updated course information direct to your mailbox! Registration is free and you can join us within a few moments here. |

| Inhouse Courses |
| To help us provide you with the highest level of training for your school we request that pre-booked numbers are adhered to as any change can effect the structure of the day and detract from the arranged programme. |
