Getting Organized: Stress Free Management of the RE Department

This course explains the roles and responsibilities of middle management, giving very practical ideas and processes to make the department run smoothly, effectively and with minimum stress. These include getting the physical resources organized, managing documentation and data for easy reporting, statistics and supporting the RE team, raising achievement and the profile of the department in school. The aim is a secure framework in which your creativity can blossom.
