Head of Year

The delicate balance between promoting student wellbeing and maximising progress and achievement can prove a key challenge for heads of year. This is sensitively tackled in many of Creative Education’s courses. Our experienced course leaders will help you to navigate the need to produce results whilst offering a realistic view on supporting student well-being and behaviour.

As a head of year you’ll find all of our pastoral courses a great way to increase your knowledge and confidence even when dealing with very sensitive issues such as self-harm and eating disorders and bereavement. You’ll also find our leadership and management courses a great opportunity for skills building.
