This course is suitable for teachers of students with moderate learning difficulties who are interested in using drama techniques as a means of teaching. The focus of the course is on increasing confidence and self-esteem in children as well as examining the idea of ‘play’ as a teaching tool. It will also be of use to drama teachers who wish to develop their knowledge of matters relating to equality, inclusion and diversity in teaching.
