INTERIM MANAGEMENT / CONSULTANCY

Creative Education is an educational services company with strongly held philosophical and ethical views regarding:

  • the type of support we offer to our clients
  • the skills and background required by the trainers who deliver our services
Our service
We offer intervention and guidance to schools’ and colleges’ workforces across the UK and beyond. As well as offering support in areas that we have identified, we listen carefully to requests submitted by schools and colleges and make a concerted effort to match the help we offer closely to their needs.
  • have substantial experience in school, college, local authority or children’s services in a middle or senior management role. As minimum requirements: at least 12-15 years in the phase they are offering; and, at least 5-7 years in management posts. However, experience tells us that having worked successfully in several posts for longer periods significantly strengthens someone’s capability to carry out this usually demanding work.
  • understand the different demands and roles of substantive and interim management
