This brand new review programme is designed to turn
weaknesses into strengths, to build on good practice and to help schools to move
from “good” to “outstanding”. In a flexible, modular format this programme will
underpin and extend schools’ ongoing performance and monitoring processes.
Working through modules individually or in combination will progressively
increase schools’ capacity for sustained success.
2. Tackling Special Measures: How to
Guide Your School to a Rapid and Sustainable Recovery
Designed for Headteachers of schools
which are at risk of moving into - or are currently in - Special Measures, this
residential course comprises 2 days of seminars which will enable delegates to
identify the specific challenges relating to their schools and to find effective
strategies to tackle the key issues.
3. Rapid Recovery Programme for Senior Advisers in Local Authorities
The one-day
course will provide delegates with the chance to discuss the specific challenges
relating to their schools and measure their effectiveness against Ofsted
criteria. Through a series of seminars and workshops delegates will analyse real
case studies, identify effective strategies to develop individual recovery
programmes. (Follow-up coaching/mentoring sessions can be arranged.)
