Monitoring

We make extensive use of the OfSTED framework to evaluate the performance of school managers. We do this through monitoring visits by our advisory team and other support strategies.

Advisers

Each of Creative Education’s Interim managers is supported by an adviser, who can provide extra training when necessary and support and advice as required. Where an Interim Manager is placed in school Creative Education’s huge training capacity is offered at discounted cost for open courses or INSET days.
