One of our most popular services is the independent evaluation of subject provision – either in a school or across a whole Local Authority.
As many of our highly-qualified consultants are registered inspectors a subject evaluation provides you with a unique opportunity to obtain a thorough, independent and actionable report in advance of an Ofsted inspection or, following an inspection where significant weaknesses have been identified.
Our evaluation process focuses on strengths and weaknesses in:

At the end of each review you will receive a full report which identifies areas of good practice that can be shared, areas of weakness to be tackled and it provides the means to do this in order to generate continued and sustained improvement.

Creative Education have recently enhanced and added to their list of teacher assistant course so whether you are a art teacher assistant or a science teacher assistant, and likewise english teacher assistant, mathematics teacher assistant, inclusion learning support assistant or drama learning support assistants we have a course for you. Through increased demand we have put on LSA course for physics and english teachers at KS3 and KS4 level. Teacher assistants or TAs often lack support and find it hard to find courses so we ensure that we have educational training days for HLTA and TAs in all of the core academic subjects including design and technology and geography. SENCO Support staff have a course How to Lead a Team of Learning Support Staff: for SENCOs & TAs which would be useful for them. It is also suitable for Associate Staff. Creative Education run courses every day with Head teacher and Executive Heads on them. Our courses are accessible by anyone working in a school including premises staff, reception staff. Headteachers thoroughly enjoy our courses and go back to school with fresh ideas to spread amongst the staff, the Executive Heads, associate head teacher and associate Heads and the bursars and SENCOs.
