This service provides extra support for the School senior management team. It is designed to help your school move forward with whole school issues in Primary, Secondary or Special phases.

Creative Education has access to a wide range of subject specialists throughout the country. All consultants have experience of senior management of schools. Many have experience of interim management or inspection of schools under the Ofsted framework.

The purpose of the review is to carry out a facilitated appraisal of the current position of the school with the senior management team and help plan the future development of the school.

Routinely the process involves: -

• Appraisal of the current situation with the senior management team via facilitated workshop.
• Identification and prioritisation of key issues and barriers to progress.
• Assessment of the current development plan.
• Agreement of an action plan which continues to support the Whole School Improvement Plan.
• Monthly monitoring visit to review progress.

The review and support process evolves over the course of a term and enables staff to continue with focused whole school improvement. It provides a particularly good preparation for Ofsted inspection and the current focus on Self-evaluation and the introduction of the New inspection schedule.
