Complaints Procedure

At Creative Education we have a complaints procedure which covers all areas of our business.
Should you wish to make a formal complaint about any of the services we provide, we require a formal, written account, of your complaint in full which must include:

  • Name of delegate or Point of Contact
  • Course Reference/Title/Date
  • Detailed account of complaint

We require your emailed submission within two weeks of the event taking place and this should be emailed to: [email protected].

An acknowledgement will be emailed to you to ensure we have received it.
