This course will examine how best modern language departments can encourage a healthy degree of professional self-reflection. A practical approach is taken to the development of skills and strategies needed for carrying our effective self-evaluation and ensuring that you create an appropriate action plan to maximise strengths and address any key issues highlighted by the process. This course is most relevant for new, aspiring or experienced heads of MFL and is also appropriate for individual language coordinators.
