If you can't find the answer you need, then call us on 020 8253 8247 and we'll be happy to help.
Simply click 'Login' at the top of the screen, then fill in your username and password. You will then see either a list of future and past courses or be prompted to update your preferences. If it is the latter, verify the details and then use the right hand menu to access your courses.
If you have already purchased your course, you can find out where it will be held in the 'My Account' area of the website. Question 1 explains where to access this. The venue is subject to change, but will be confirmed three weeks in advance of the course date.
So that we can offer a wide range of courses, we have a number of different course leaders able to deliver certain courses. This sometimes means that we do not confirm which course leader will be delivering the course until close to the course date. If you log into the 'My Account' section of the website (see question 1) and view your future courses the lecturer will be listed once they are confirmed.
Generally, our courses are held in a hotel environment with a smart casual dress code. For certain courses however - such as practical Dance courses - a different dress code is required. Your email with joining instructions will give you confirmation but please contact us if you are unsure.
We will ask for these details at the time of booking, but if you are unsure you can check your preferences by logging into the 'My Account' section (see question 1 for instructions). Alternatively call us in 020 8253 8247 and we will update your details for you.
Generally, registration is at 9.30am with courses starting at 10am and finishing at 4pm. To be sure, visit the 'My Account' (see question 1) area of the website for confirmation on your course.
We send out confirmed information about your course three weeks before. If it is 10 days or less to the date of the course and you have still not received any information, please contact us as soon as possible on 020 8253 8247.
There are many benefits to running courses in smaller groups - you have more opportunities to ask the course leader questions, the course leader can tailor the course to your needs and address your concerns directly and it allows us to offer more courses on specific topics that you can't find elsewhere. We limit our courses to a maximum of 16 participants to make sure you get the ideal learning environment.
Whichever course leader is assigned to deliver your course you can be assured that they have undergone a rigorous evaluation for their ability to facilitate training, the breadth of their experience and the depth of their subject knowledge.
We are always looking for new talent to deliver our training, work on consultancy assignments and for permanent and interim roles in schools. If this sounds like something you would be interested in you can find out more information here. [link to work for us]

Yes. We recommend you make provisional bookings with us if you know you wish to attend the course. This will reserve your place so you don't miss out. To make a provisional booking simply call our bookings team on 0800 881 8185. You also have the ability to send course details direct to your authorising manager using the 'Get Authorisation' button listed next to the 'Reserve' button on the course page.
You can cancel at any time, although depending on when you cancel the course some cancellation/transfer fees may apply. This is because we incur costs that we cannot recover after a certain point before the course.
Courses must be cancelled and the cancellation acknowledged by Creative Education. This should be done preferably via email to [email protected] or in person. To avoid cancellation fees you can instead have someone attend in your place (see question 14).
We want you to experience the best service we can provide both pre and post course. If you feel we have not met your expectations in any way please contact us and we will review your feedback.
