Body awareness and physiotherapy

Sonya will explore how you can do some simple stretches and movements to begin the day, getting ourselves ready to learn and have fun throughout our day.  Often our students have bus journeys and can feel a little stiff from sitting, they may require a change of position, or to use postural equipment, by doing a simple movements session we can help with awakening and strengthening parts of our brains, maintaining muscle/movement ranges, bone health, balance, stability coordination.
