‘Mens sana in corpore sano,’ is one of the few phrases Mark remembers from his secondary school Latin lessons. Yet it is a sentiment that can stand us all in good stead through our lives. Literally, it means, ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’. In the current climate much is said about stress reduction and mental wellbeing but if we are to be healthy and resilient, we cannot overlook physical wellbeing.
This webinar aims to give you a whistle-stop tour of key elements you can put in place to improve your physical wellbeing, as well as outlining how to get started, or indeed, keep motivated. It also identifies some common pitfalls and how to avoid these. The session will also give you the opportunity to have your own issues or concerns addressed. through a Q&A section.
