Dealing with Difficult Parents

We are all on the same team – the team of the child – but sometimes anger, frustration, sadness, shame or a whole host of other challenges can get in the way.  This course will enable staff to better understand and respond to a wide range of challenging behaviours we might encounter from families and provide individuals with the skills and confidence they need to develop sustainable, child-centred relationships with families.
