Long term facilitation
Creative Education have developed a major new CPD offer to support teachers working with GCSE English resit students in post-16 settings — and we are looking for great people to join us.
We’re looking to grow our team of experienced freelance practitioners who can help us deliver high-quality content that’s practical, engaging and rooted in the realities of FE.
It’s flexible, freelance work starting now, with opportunities continuing into 2027.
What you’ll do:
- Lead face-to-face group sessions with college-based staff

In-House trainers
Projects vary
We regularly need expert trainers for face-to-face and online delivery across various education programs.
Typical projects include:
- Delivering CPD workshops to teachers and leaders
- Facilitating online training sessions
- Supporting implementation coaching
- Regional delivery across England
What we’re looking for:
- Proven training experience in education settings
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Flexibility to travel for face-to-face delivery
- Current areas of need: mental health, safeguarding, behaviour, SEND, support staff and leadership
