For supply and tutoring agencies

Candidates who arrive trained, and proof the school can check

Put one link in your induction pack. Candidates who join through it get the right courses straight away and are reminded before their deadline. When a school asks, you send them a link to the candidate’s training record.

  • Safeguarding kept up to date
  • Any email address
  • Priced by quote

How it works

We set up your link and your courses with you once. After that, every new candidate goes through the same four steps.

Add your link to your induction pack

Put your sign-up link in the emails and documents you already send new candidates. They join on whatever email address they use.

Candidates sign up and get their courses automatically

The courses you’ve chosen are assigned as soon as they join, with the deadline you set.

The reminder email staff get before a course is due

We send the reminders

They’re reminded before the deadline and twice after it. You can see who’s finished, and who hasn’t, on one screen.

A candidate’s training record as a school sees it from a shared link: each course, when it was completed, when it’s valid until, CPD hours and a certificate check

Send schools the record link

Each candidate has a training record link. Send it to a school, and it stops working on the date you set.

Share with a school

No PDFs to chase and forward. The school opens one page with the candidate’s certificates, and can see what’s done and what’s due for renewal.

  • Read-only, so nothing on it can be changed.
  • Stops working on the date you set. You can turn it off sooner.
  • You can see how often it’s been opened.
  • The school doesn’t need an account to open it.

Courses for supply staff

Start with safeguarding for supply staff, written for the latest guidance, then the essentials a school expects on day one. You choose which courses each candidate does.

Supply teachers

Safeguarding, behaviour and the everyday rules of a school they’ve never worked in.

Teaching assistants

Safeguarding, supporting learning in the classroom, and special needs awareness.

Tutors

Safeguarding, building a relationship quickly with a pupil you don’t know, study skills, and spotting dyslexia and other needs.

Also in the essentials: food safety, health and safety in schools, data protection, and Benedict’s Law and allergy awareness. For candidates going further: developing your teaching, developing safeguarding practice, and spotting and supporting mental health issues.

Priced to how many candidates you train

Agencies take on candidates all year and some don’t stay long, so there’s no list price. Tell us roughly how many candidates you train in a year and which courses you want them to do, and we’ll send you a figure. Prices exclude VAT.

In every agreement

Questions agencies ask

A school wants to see a candidate’s safeguarding training. What do they get?

The candidate’s training record link. It opens a read-only page with their certificates: course, date, CPD hours and renewal date. It stops working on the date you set, and you can turn it off sooner. They don’t need to sign in to open it.

Will you try to sell to our candidates?

No. Your candidates see the courses you’ve bought and nothing else, with no offers to upgrade. If you’d like them to see the wider library, you can turn that on.

Do candidates need a work email address?

No. They join with your link and any email address they already use.

Some of our candidates work for other agencies too. Is that a problem?

No. Each candidate has one record, and each agency sees only the training it asked for and its own evidence.

What if a candidate has already done the training?

If they did it with us and it’s still in date, it counts. They won’t be asked to do it again.

We’re a tutoring company, not a supply agency. Does it work for us?

Yes. Tell us who your tutors work with and we’ll suggest a set of courses.

What happens when a candidate leaves?

Their certificates stay with them, because a training record belongs to the person, not the agency. You can take them off your list of candidates whenever you like.
