Who to contact for what
I can’t sign in, or a course won’t play
If your school gave you access, sign in with your school email address. If you’ve lost your join code, your school’s CPD lead can give you a new one. For anything else, the help centre has step-by-step answers.
I run training for my school
For help setting training, adding staff or getting records out, email [email protected] or call us. Include your school’s name so we can find your account quickly.
I’d like a price for my school
School prices are on our pricing page, by size. If you’d like to talk it through, book a call and we’ll show you the platform with your own staff in mind.
I’m from a trust, council or agency
Every package is priced to your schools or your staff, so the quickest route is a short call. Organisation prices exclude VAT.
I’m a parent or carer
The help centre covers signing in, changing your membership and cancelling. If you joined through your child’s school, the school can share its link with you again.
Invoices and payments
For a copy invoice, a purchase order or a question about a payment, email [email protected]. Include your invoice number or your school’s name.
