You can see who has done what at every school, all the time. Each school sets up its own training and makes its own changes, and you set the few things every school must do.

Each school runs its own training
Schools add their own people, set up their own training and make their own changes. On anything the centre has set, a school can chase, extend or excuse its own staff (someone on maternity leave, say), and only the centre can change or close it.
Set shared priorities for every school
Your central team sets the must-dos for every school, such as the annual safeguarding update or a shared approach to behaviour, with one deadline. Schools add their own training on top.
One report for all your schools
Who across all your schools has done this year’s safeguarding update, as one download with a School column, or for one school, as at the date you choose.
Records that move with your staff
When a TA moves from one of your schools to another, her certificates go with her, and training that’s still in date counts at the new school.

Questions trusts and local authorities ask
Our schools already have their own memberships. Can they come under one agreement?
Yes, each school moves over when its own membership comes up for renewal. Staff keep their accounts, records and certificates, because those belong to the person, not the contract.
Some of our schools are on contract with another provider. Do we have to wait?
No. Start now, and we won’t charge for the months until their old contract ends.
Will heads lose control of their own training?
No. Each school adds its own staff, sets its own training and sees its own records. The trust sees across all of them and can set training for every school at once.
Can a local authority cover some schools and not others?
Yes. You choose which schools and teams the agreement covers, and see completion for each of them.
How do we pay?
By invoice, once a year. Agreements run for three years and renew automatically unless you tell us 90 days before the renewal date.
