Bridget is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (CFIOSH) and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. With a first degree in computer science and psychology, her working life started in Human Factors, initially in IT and before moving to high-hazard industries. She provides health and safety training and coaching, management system support and risk assessments, alongside work in supporting cultural change.
