Dr Amy Sayer

Amy Sayer is author of 'Supporting staff mental health in your school' and has been a secondary school teacher for the past 13 years. She has completed her NPQSL qualification on supporting disadvantaged students in her school and is a trained Mental Health First Aider. Previously her school's mental health and wellbeing lead, she helped them to achieve the prestigious Carnegie Centre of Excellence in Mental Health Award.
