Delegates would get a brief overview of how an effective team should look like how to communicate effectively and remove any barriers.

Whilst there isn’t a separate area on Ofsted reports for attendance, it will be covered under ‘behaviour and attitudes’ and ‘leadership and management judgement.’ We will learn what evidence to collect, how to use data to your advantage and how to prepare staff, parents & carers and students.
