Kate possesses 15 years of experience, with over six years in leadership roles within Alternative Provision and two headship positions at independent special schools focused on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autism. She founded Kesunya SEND Support to offer guidance and practical support packages for schools regarding inclusion, safeguarding, SEMH, trauma, and neurodiversity. In addition to her expertise in safeguarding, she specializes in SEMH and Autism.
