The last 18 months have been challenging for all of us. Before the coronavirus pandemic we know the number of children with anxiety was on the rise, and the uncertainty this year has made the problem far worse. After such a tricky year, many children are finding it particularly difficult to cope with their feelings of worry and parents are looking for ways to help them manage their anxiety.
In this session we will;
- Look at the warning signs of anxiety
- Consider a pro-active approach to building resilience
- Learn practical strategies to support children to manage their own anxiety
- Be introduced to a new anxiety curriculum.
