One price for your whole school
You pay by the size of your school, not by the number of staff who use it. Every member of staff can do every course, and you can see who’s done what.
School and college membership
A year, on a three-year agreement. Your band is set by the number of pupils or students on roll, and every member of staff is included. Prices exclude VAT.

What every school membership includes
- Every course, for every member of staff. Teachers, TAs, lunchtime staff, the office and governors. Nobody’s left out for lack of a seat.
- Training set with a deadline. Choose a course or pathway, who does it and by when. Reminders go out before and after, and you’ll see who’s overdue.
- Certificates anyone can check. Each shows CPD hours, the date and when it needs renewing, and can be checked online.
- Branded for your school. Your logo on your staff’s certificates, and your own join page.
- Help when you need it. Answers in the help centre, and our team when you’d rather talk to a person.
- 10% off in-house training. When you want a trainer in the room for an INSET day or twilight.

Questions about prices
Can we cancel?
School memberships are a three-year agreement, invoiced once a year, and you can move up a band at any time. After the three years it renews unless you tell us at least 30 days before the renewal date. Individual and parent memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal.
How do you work out our band?
By the number of pupils on your roll. Special schools have their own figures, because they have fewer pupils and more staff. Every member of staff is included, whatever the band.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Schools, trusts and local authorities pay by invoice. Individual members pay by card.
How does the free trial work?
Up to ten of your staff get full access for 14 days, and you don’t need a card. At the end, access stops until you join. Anything they’ve done carries over.
We’re still on a contract with another provider. Do we have to wait?
No. Start now, and we won’t charge you for the months until your old contract ends.
We’re a trust. How is it priced?
Across all your schools, on one agreement. Ask for a quote and we’ll work it out with you.
