Questions about booking
Who runs the sessions?
Trainers who’ve done the job, matched to the topic. We’ll tell you who’s coming when we confirm your booking.
Where do you travel to, and how is travel charged?
Mostly to schools in England. If you’re elsewhere, ask us. Travel is added to the price, and we’ll tell you what it is before you book.
What do we need to provide?
A room with a screen and projector, and refreshments. For a full day, please offer the trainer lunch too.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
You can cancel free within 7 days of booking. After that, if you cancel 60 days or more before the session you get all your money back, 45 to 59 days 75%, 30 to 44 days 50%, and nothing under 30 days. Moving the date costs £90, or up to half the fee if it’s less than 30 days away.
Can you run the same session across several of our schools?
Yes. Ask for a quote and tell us how many schools and sites.
