Courses for parents and carers, sorted by the worry they help with

Private

Nobody at your child’s school can see what you watch.

Find help with what’s worrying you

Start with the one that fits. Each opens the courses for it, and you can narrow them down by your child’s age.

Short videos you can watch on your phone

  1. Pick the course that fits
Each course tells you how long it takes before you start.
  2. Watch at your own pace
Watch a part while the kettle boils and come back to the rest later. Your place is saved.
  3. Try something at home
Practical things to try, in plain words. Where a school word matters, like EHCP or SENCO, we explain it the first time.

Questions from parents

Will my child’s school know what I’ve watched?

No. If you joined with your school’s link, the school can see how many families have started a course. It can’t see your name or which courses you’ve watched. If you joined on your own, the school isn’t involved at all.

My child’s school might already pay for this. How do I find out?

Ask the school office or your child’s SENCO whether they have Creative Education parent access. If they do, they’ll send you a link and you won’t need to pay.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account and press Cancel. If you’re still in your 14 days, you won’t pay anything.

Is this therapy or a diagnosis?

No. The courses help you understand what might be going on and what you can try. If you’re worried about your child’s safety or health, talk to your GP or your child’s school.

I work in a school too. Do I need two accounts?

No. One account can hold your staff access and your parent membership together.

For schools

Offer these courses to your families

Parent access is an add-on to school membership. You get your own link to share with families, wording and a poster to send home, and numbers on how many families use it. You’ll never see who watched what.
