Who it’s for
Staff whose job means holding difficult cases, often on their own, and making decisions that stay with them after the school day.
Safeguarding
Designated safeguarding leads
The child protection cases you carry, and the judgement calls that come with them.
Mental health
Mental health leads
Supporting pupils and colleagues through hard times, and looking after yourself while you do it.
SEND
SENCOs
Casework, conversations with families, and more needs than there is provision to meet them.
Pastoral care
Pastoral staff
Heads of year, learning mentors and pastoral teams working with pupils in crisis.
Leadership
Senior leaders
Decisions that affect the whole school, and somewhere to think them through out loud.
How supervision works
You bring what’s on your mind. The supervisor listens, asks questions and helps you decide what to do next. It isn’t training, and it isn’t line management.
Get in touch
Tell us who it’s for. Most people choose one to one; ask us if you’d like a group. You can ask for yourself, or on behalf of colleagues.
Meet your supervisor
We match you with an experienced supervisor who understands the particular pressures of working in schools.
The session
At a time that suits you. Talk through a case, a decision or how the job is sitting with you.
Meet regularly
Supervision works best as a habit. A block of three sessions with the same supervisor gives you time to build one.
Formats and prices
We offer discounts for block bookings, and packages for trusts and larger groups of schools.
One to one, one session
£140
+ VAT
A single session, to try it or for a particular case.
One to one, three sessions
£375

Group supervision
On request
ask us about groups
Staff in similar roles, from one school or several, supervised together.
What you say stays with your supervisor
Your school may pay for supervision, but it doesn’t hear what’s said in it. The only exception is if someone’s safety is at risk, and your supervisor will talk to you about it first wherever they can.
What supervision gives you
- A regular, confidential space to reflect and problem-solve
- More confidence in your decisions
- Help to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue
- Flexible scheduling, at times that suit you
Make an enquiry
Tell us who the supervision is for, one to one or a group, and we’ll come back with a supervisor and some dates.

Questions about supervision
Who are the supervisors?
Experienced professionals who understand the particular challenges of working in schools and trusts.
How often should sessions happen?
Sessions are online, at times that suit you. Supervision works best when it’s regular. Many people book a block of three sessions with the same supervisor. You can also book a single session when you need support now, without committing to a block.
Is supervision included in school membership?
No, it’s booked separately: one to one from £140 + VAT a session, or £375 + VAT for three. Ask us about groups.
Can staff from several schools in a trust join one group?
Yes. We put together packages for trusts and larger groups of schools. Tell us about your schools when you get in touch.
