For schools and colleges
The same training for every adult in your school
Teachers, TAs, lunchtime staff, the office and governors all get every course, for one price a year. You set what each of them needs to do and by when, and you’ll see who’s finished and who’s overdue.
- From £595 a year
- Every member of staff
- Free with ten staff for 14 days

Set it once, and we’ll do the chasing
Set a term’s training in one sitting. After that, it runs itself.

Bring your staff in
Share a join code in a staff briefing, upload a list, or let anyone with your school’s email address join. New staff can join on their first morning.

Set the training that can’t wait
Set the latest safeguarding update for everyone, with a date. Give new staff the safeguarding course for your phase, and new TAs a pathway such as New to supporting learning.

Staff get reminders
Each person is reminded two weeks before their deadline, then one and three weeks after it if they haven’t finished. If someone’s two weeks overdue, the person who set it hears each week until it’s done.

See who’s done it
The first screen shows who’s overdue, who hasn’t started and what’s expiring. Print records by person, group or course, and download every certificate at once.
For everyone in the building
Every member of staff gets every course. Here’s where each of them usually starts.
Teachers and ECTs
Behaviour, adaptive teaching and SEND in the classroom, in courses short enough for a PPA slot.
TAs and support staff
Courses written for TAs, lunchtime supervisors and office staff, who are so often left out of CPD.
DSLs, SENCOs and pastoral leads
Deeper courses for the people who hold the difficult cases, and the ones to set for everyone else.
Leaders and governors
Leadership courses for your senior team. Governors are included, with the records they need to ask good questions about staff development.
What schools are setting this term
This shelf changes each term: safeguarding in the autumn, behaviour in the spring, and so on. New safeguarding guidance takes effect each September, so the safeguarding update comes first.

Questions from heads and business managers
We tried online CPD before and staff didn’t use it.
That’s the most common thing heads tell us, and it’s usually because nothing had a deadline. Here, every course you set has a date. Staff are reminded before it’s due and twice after it, and if someone’s still overdue, the person who set it hears each week. The first screen you open shows who hasn’t started. Try it with ten staff and see how many finish.
We’re on a contract with another provider.
Plenty of schools are. You don’t have to wait for it to end. Start with us now and we won’t charge you for the months until your old contract finishes. Or try us first with ten staff for 14 days, and compare what your support staff actually finish.
Isn’t there free training from the DfE?
There’s good free training. The Home Office Prevent course is free, and the DfE has announced a £200 million SEND training programme for school staff from 2026/27. Use them, and add them to your staff’s records here, so everything’s in one place.
Can we use our Inclusive Mainstream Fund money?
The fund can pay for staff training that helps you include pupils with SEND, as part of the inclusion strategy every school has to publish by 31 December 2026. Our SEND and inclusion courses can sit in that plan. Check your conditions of grant, or ask us and we’ll show you which courses fit.
Are the courses accredited?
Our courses aren’t accredited by an external body. Each certificate shows the CPD hours, the date and when it needs renewing, and has a link that confirms it’s genuine.
What happens to our records if we leave?
Your staff keep their certificates. They can still sign in and see their record; they just can’t start new courses.
How do we pay?
By invoice, once a year. Your band is set by pupils on roll, so the price on this page is the price.
Try it with ten of your staff
14 days, every course, the reminders and the records. Pick ten people who’ll give you an honest answer. If you join, everything they’ve done carries over.
