We use our senses to access the environment around us, we feel sand, hear waves, see the sea. So considering sensory aspects can help us focus and ground us. This webinar looks at ways to increase our emotional resilience within our community and environment. Emotional resilience is how we cope when faced with stress or stressful situations. There are ways we can build this , for example having good relationships with the people around us, exploring and experiencing different emotions , eg with music and furthering our body awareness with things like body awareness songs, resonance boards and story massage.
