This mini-course has bee developed by Pooky to share with you 5 very simple strategies that can be used by adults or children to help them to manage day to day feelings of anxiety. These strategies will not change the underlying issues, but they can help us to get through each day without feeling completely overwhelmed.
Pooky has a PhD in child mental health from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. She is the author of several books, and is a former chair of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition. She runs Creative Education alongside her husband and Mother-in-Law.
