About this course

It's natural to want to rescue a frightened child: let them skip the party, stay home, avoid the thing that sets them off. It works for a day. But each escape tells their brain the danger was real, and the worry grows.

There's a harder, kinder way, and it starts with understanding. You'll explain to your child why their tummy churns and their heart races, and find what triggers the worry by walking through a normal day together. You'll learn to keep your voice slow, low and steady when theirs isn't, because children pick up calm from the adults around them. And you'll build 'I Can' cycles, tiny wins so small they're almost impossible to fail, which slowly add up to confidence.

There's help with everyday life too, from mini-resets that stop worry building through the day to holding on to progress over the summer holidays.
