The session will focus on the importance of inclusion for us all, not only our most vulnerable learners. We will consider what we mean by inclusion and how this shared purpose of inclusion will promote better well-being for us all. We will look at practical approaches starting with the development of inclusive cultures, leading to producing inclusive policies and ensuring evolving inclusive practises. Support, signposting and ideas focusing on the crucial role of our vison, planning for inclusion, the importance of multi-sensory learning and high-quality teaching (ordinarily available provision), relationship-based practices and providing time for reflection/celebrating outcomes with be provided.
