This course will enable you to explore the difference between substance misuse and addiction as well as what to look out for in young people. We will also gain a richer understanding about the risk and protective factors as well as how we can support those experiencing substance misuse or addiction both at school and at home.
Jessica Parker has diverse experience of working in both primary and secondary schools as a teacher and pastoral lead, Jessica is an international mental health education trainer and is enthusiastic about supporting young people with all aspects of their learning and lives.
