In this course we only look at 4 of the ways to wellbeing because no 5 is covered in a complete course on its own – Keep Active. Evidence tells us that if we actually put some of these suggestions in place our wellbeing will improve. We offer some practical ideas to make it work.
Annie is a qualified School Nurse having worked for a local authority for over 10 years. In 2019 she setup her own business with another School Nurse Colleague; OM Health and Wellbeing Consultancy Ltd and has been providing support to Educational Establishments and businesses ever since, in all areas of wellbeing. Annie is a passionate advocate that wellbeing is fundamental to success in all areas of our lives and shares lots of her practical ideas for achieving ‘good’ wellbeing. OM were thrilled to have been chosen by Theo Paphitis (Dragons Den) as one of his Small Business Sunday winners.
