Explore good practice in puberty education for primary age children. Explore what to teach and when, practical ideas for delivery and assessment, how to create a safe learning environment and strategies for answering children’s questions in an age-appropriate way. Suitable for teachers of children in KS2.

This course will build on the basic phonics and the progression of phonics to enable pupils to read by six. Strategies are explored for everyday practice to ensure that all pupils make good or better progress in phonics and early reading strategies.
