Running a school

Senior leaders can take courses on lesson observation and feedback, staff induction, workload, pupil premium, transitions, parental engagement, and running meetings people don’t dread. They’re short enough to watch on a Tuesday evening and specific enough to use on Wednesday.

Leading people well

Other courses cover leading staff wellbeing, values-based recruitment and leading through uncertainty. One is about looking after yourself while you look after everyone else.

Governors and support staff

Governors have their own courses, including safeguarding for governors. So do office and admin staff, teaching assistants stepping up to HLTA, and support staff leaders.
